It's pretty neat. There's a parking lot right at the top, and it's just a short walk down to the falls. You can get right up to it, if you want to. It can be slippery (obviously), and the "trail" kind of stops when you reach the stream. Parking lot fills up fast on weekends during the summer, so plan to see it early in the morning or hike there from somewhere else.
Worth the $ for the full tour; this includes the house and property.

Beautiful waterfall, just a short walk from the parking lot. Lots of great rock scrambles and pools of water to play in.
Parking definitely gets limited by the afternoon, with lots of people parking on the side of the street and walking since the parking lot is full. Would definitely recommend arriving early to find a spot.

One of the most beautiful places to see in Ohiopyle. We visit everytime we are in the area. We usually start at the natural rock waterslides since there is a bigger parking lot. We hike to the river and spend some time there. Then we hike the trail to the falls and creek up to the waterfall. There are some breath taking views. The water is always cold. It's a great way to cool down after a hot hike.
Nice waterfall with easy access trail ride at parking. I didn't have much time and when visiting I cannot wait to come back and walk down to the bottom of the falls. I also was able to visit the natural water slides while I was here. I highly recommend both places if you're visiting ohiopyle. Cannot wait to come back in the summer when I have more time to explore and take advantage of what this forest has to offer here it is a beautiful place highly recommended. Great fun for the family
Not a bad little hike off the main road and you are surprised with a. Beautiful.waterfall and gorge!
This waterfall is absolutely breathtaking!! It is definitely worth the drive. The parking area is great. The area is clean. Rock stairs are slippy All hikers we encountered were so very friendly and kind! I would definitely recommend!
